Birthday Buddy has released a new feature. Schedule Messages! This allows you to have an infinite number birthday wishes... kind of

What do you mean… infinite (AKA Too Short, Want More)

Up until today, all Birthday Buddy Schedules used the Account’s 10 birthday wishes when sending fully automated birthday wishes to your friends on social media. With the new feature of Schedule Messages, you are now able to create a unique set of 10 custom messages per Schedule. If you have two Schedules (one for Facebook and one for LinkedIn) you may now create 10 messages to service your Facebook Schedule and another 10 messages particularly for your LinkedIn Schedule. That is 20 unique birthday wishes.

If you have 5 Schedules (3 Facebook and 2 LinkedIn), then you may manage up to 50 birthday wishes that will automatically be sent to your friends on their birthdays, 10 per Schedule
If you had infinite Schedules... infinite Messages!

How do I start using this new feature

In order to start managing different messages per Schedule, you will need to update your subscription plan to a Premium Subscription option. This may be accomplished by logging into Birthday Buddy and navigating to your Account. If you are a new user to Birthday Buddy, just select a Premium option when subscribing. Once you are a Premium Subscriber, navigate to your Schedules (in the Automation page). When viewing your Schedule, click on the "Messages" tab to manage your Schedule’s Messages.

I have Schedules running now, will they stop working

This change is backwards compatible. This means that the way you use Birthday Buddy today remains unchanged if you make no changes. If you are not using this new feature (either you are not a Premium Subscriber or you are a Premium Subscriber that has not managed their Schedule’s Messages yet), then you still have access to your Account’s Messages. The Account Messages are found at the Messages page.

What if I set up both Account messages and these new Schedule Messages

When your Birthday Buddy Schedule goes to work each day, it will first check to see if you have set up your Schedule Messages. If you have Schedule Messages saved, then these messages will get used. If you do not have your Schedules Messages set up, then Birthday Buddy will proceed to gathering your Account Messages to use for sending out the automated birthday wishes.
